Interest Based Mediation
Our mediation services enable constructive dialogue between conflicting individuals in a safe, neutral setting. Using tailored strategies, we help participants identify interests and concerns, guiding them to a win-win resolution. Focused on interest-based mediation, we foster understanding and accountability, leading to sustainable agreements that meet both parties' needs.
The mediation process starts with individual meetings to prepare each party for a constructive conversation. This ensures effective expression of thoughts and feelings. Next, a joint meeting allows both parties to explore the interests behind the conflict, leading to a collaborative solution. If needed, a follow-up meeting can occur weeks later to review and adjust the agreement, ensuring ongoing harmony and understanding.

Workplace Assessments
Our methodology for workplace assessments within medium to larger-sized teams is rooted in a systematic and inclusive process designed to uncover underlying issues and foster constructive change. The assessment begins with conducting a series of interviews with each team member or a representative sample when dealing with larger teams. This allows for diverse perspectives to be captured, ensuring that no voice goes unheard.
Following the interviews, we synthesize the data and prepare a comprehensive report that highlights common themes and insights emerging from the discussions. This report is then presented to the entire team, providing an opportunity for validation and collective reflection on the findings.
Once the team has reviewed and affirmed the insights, we facilitate a dialogue that helps them identify their own priorities for positive change. This collaborative effort ensures that the solutions are tailored to the specific dynamics and needs of the team.
Finally, we deliver a complete workplace improvement plan to the team, outlining actionable steps for their implementation. This approach empowers team members to take ownership of the changes, fostering a sense of accountability and commitment to the process.
